Before you write
The app cannot find my position
Run the game in borderless or windowed mode, then press the map key while you are in a raid — not in the menus. If it still fails, write to us with the map name and a screenshot and we will look at it.
A price or a quest looks wrong
Prices and quests come from community data that refreshes continuously, so patch days can lag a little. If something stays wrong, report the item or quest name with a screenshot — that is usually all we need.
I found a bug
Tell us three things: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead. Add a screenshot if you can — it doubles the speed of every fix.
