TARKOVLAB

Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This policy covers the tarkovlab.com website and the Tarkov Lab desktop app, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French data-protection law.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is the publisher of tarkovlab.com, a private individual established in France (see the legal notice). For anything about your data, write to support@tarkovlab.com — every request sent there is answered.

2. The website

3. The app

4. Who else is involved

OVH SAS (France) hosts the site and our servers. Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) delivers and protects the site. Whop Inc. (United States) runs downloads, audience measurement and, later, licence sales — payment and invoicing data is handled by Whop under its own policy, and we never see it. Discord Inc. (United States) hosts our community server if you choose to join.

Data therefore travels to the United States, under the transfer safeguards each of them publishes: certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Ask us and we will point you to the current one for a given provider.

5. Support

Messages sent to support@tarkovlab.com or through Discord are kept while the request is being handled, then at most 24 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest (assistance).

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@tarkovlab.com; we answer within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
